Job description
Alpha School is hiring a Director of Enrollment to drive growth for one Bay Area campus. You will build author‑level demand through preschool and feeder relationships, staff events, and local partnerships, while owning the entire enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding.
You will lead tours, manage high-net-worth prospects, and defend our AI-powered learning model to analytical parents. This on-site role requires strong communication and relocation to the Bay Area.
