Job description
Alpha School in the Bay Area seeks a Director of Enrollment to drive demand for a one-campus model and lead all stages from inquiry to onboarding. You will own relationships, run tours and events, and protect a reputation for selective admissions while managing a growing, data-driven enrollment pipeline.
This on-site role requires 3+ years of premium client-facing sales and a track record of ownership. You will be the founding local face of a campus, with most work outside the building
