Job description
Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD seeks a Senior Director of Enrollment Management to lead undergraduate and graduate admissions, recruit students, review applications, and drive enrollment growth.
The role reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Enrollment, overseeing admissions operations, data analytics, CRM (Salesforce/Jenzabar), and building a high-performing, service-oriented team on our 52-acre campus in Laurel.
