Job description
Enrollment & Intake Therapist
As one of the first points of contact for potential participants, the Enrollment & Intake Therapist introduces individuals to Concordance's life-changing services, guiding them through the enrollment process. Using standardized assessments, you'll identify participant needs, diagnose, and set treatment goals. In this role, you'll build a foundational relationship between Concordance and participants and maintain engagement during the transition to post-release programming.
