Job description
UCP of Central Florida seeks an Enrollment & Family Experience Manager to lead student enrollment and retention efforts in Orlando. You will oversee the enrollment processes for the UCP Charter Schools Consortium, support campus Enrollment Specialists, and implement strategies to improve family satisfaction and enrollment stability.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience in recruitment or customer engagement. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data are essential for success in this role.
