Job description
Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. in Fergus Falls, MN seeks an ENT Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive ENT care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role covers acute and chronic ENT care, in-office procedures, and care coordination, with a base salary range of $132,279–$170,144 per year and additional production-based income.
