ENT Physician - Otolaryngologist, Baton Rouge, LA | Guaranteed Base Salary, plus production bonus with limitless earning potential | 97% Associate Physician New Hire Retention Rate for "7 years" with nearly 30 new Associate Physicians hired across the Elevate ENT Partners community.

* 1 in 8 call rotation from home with nurse triage coverage
