Location: Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Oxnard, and Camarillo, CA

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings.
Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR.
Perform a variety of office procedures, including: Tubes, cerumen removal, and myringoplasties (ear drum repair).
Intratympanic steroid injections and endoscopic debridements.
Balloon sinuplasties (judiciously) and cryoblations.
Oral biopsies, flexlaryngoscopies, needle biopsies, and nasal fracture reductions.
Laser tongue ties and removal of small masses under local anesthesia.
Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
