nServes as clinical resource to the nursing staff in the development and implementation of nursing care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, pressure and dermal ulcers and incontinence. Promotes patient satisfaction, utilizing HMH patient satisfaction principles.
nEducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
nnnGraduate of an accredited school of nursing with a B.S. in Nursing.
n
nnGraduate of an approved enterostomal nurse program.
n
nnCurrent board certification in E.T. nursing or within one (l) year of hire date.
n
nnFive (5) years medical-surgical nursing.
n
n nLicenses and Certifications Required:
nnNJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
n n nMinimum rate of $46,072.00 Annually

nnBudget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

n nSome jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
nIn addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
