Strive is partnered with a fast-growing global e-commerce technology company built specifically for brands selling across multiple markets, as they continue expanding their US presence.
They are looking for an Account Executive to join their Enterprise team in the Chicago office

The Role
Own a Mid Market territory across e-commerce and retail
Full-cycle sales focused on net new business
Large, complex deal sizes with significant revenue potential
Land and expand motion, with ownership of the accounts you close
$180k–$200k base + significant variable compensation
Uncapped commission with $500k+ earning potential
Represent the company at major industry events throughout the year
Join an early-stage US sales organization with significant room to make an impact
Chicago office Monday through Thursday
The US team is still relatively lean, so this is an opportunity to join early and have a meaningful influence on the growth of the sales organization. The expectation is that you would be positioned to close your first deal within your first few months as you ramp into the territory.
What We're Looking For
Experience generating your own pipeline and closing net new business
Background selling into e-commerce, retail, or adjacent technology
Comfortable managing a complex, full-cycle sales process
Hunter mentality with strong prospecting discipline and high activity
Motivated by the opportunity to build something early in a company's US expansion
Based in Chicago and comfortable working onsite Monday through Thursday
