Job description

Description

We’re growing and looking to hire a Enterprise Account Executive who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

About the Company:

Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About the Role:

As a Account Executive for the Northeast, you will be responsible for existing and prospect accounts in our Healthcare vertical in the Northeast. While you strategically "farm" and expand our existing footprint in existing accounts, you will also hunt and win Fortune 500 accounts by leveraging a high-activity mindset and a deep network of local channel partners. This is a high-visibility role for a closer who thrives on navigating complex cycles and positioning Claroty as the gold standard for securing mission-critical medical and clinical environments. We are open to candidates in NY/NJ/CT/MA.

Responsibilities

As a Enterprise Account Executive your impact will be:

Demonstrate extensive experience collaborating with Fortune 500 and global customers, particularly within the Healthcare industry.

Execute comprehensive land-and-expand campaigns, managing projects from proof of concept (POC) to large-scale deployments.

Meet and exceed enterprise quota targets consistently.

Cultivate local partnerships with key allies such as Crowdstrike, ServiceNow, Cisco, CDW, Guidepoint, and others.

Generate high-quality appointments and cultivate pipeline opportunities.

Periodically participate in industry conferences and events.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing Claroty’s cutting-edge products.

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

Experience & Domain Expertise

Minimum of 8 years experience in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, with a track record of closing large, complex deals, preferably within the Cyber Security and Healthcare sector.

Proven history of quota overachievement ($3–5M+ ARR), with strong track record of quota achievement.

Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Force Management, and Challenger Sales selling methodologies.

Strong multitasking skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.

Exhibit a positive attitude, flexibility, and maintain high ethical standards.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.

Willingness to travel 50% of the time
