The Team
Sell Point11's customer intelligence to enterprise buyers: a digital twin of their customer base, put to work to own brand discovery, forecast demand, and serve the customers who arrive. You own the full cycle, first call to signed contract. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
Open the East Coast pipeline in financial services, insurance, and healthcare, where buyers now ask AI assistants before they ever reach a brand.
Build the business case for a carrier from its own Discovery and Experience campaigns, take it to the CFO, and close it.
Close a multi-product deal in one contract: Point11 Analytics with its campaigns, and Site, Chat, and Voice from Point11 Infrastructure.
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
Run enterprise cycles end to end: discovery with VPs of Digital, board-level presentations, technical scoping
Navigate procurement, legal, IT, and the business, all at the table
Build pipeline through outbound, events, and relationships. Don't wait for inbound
Present to the C-suite and negotiate with procurement without giving up margin
Keep the CRM clean and the forecast honest. That's how you earn trust internally
About You
You've sold enterprise software into regulated industries and hit quota: finance, insurance, legal, healthcare
You know how these buyers think, what stalls them, and what closes them
You've built pipeline from scratch, not inherited it
You're at home with CFOs, CIOs, and procurement leads
You're in New York or willing to relocate. This role is in person.
Even Better If You Have
A strong grasp of customer data, AI, or enterprise software
Experience selling AI/ML products
An existing network in financial services or insurance
A track record closing $100K+ ACV in complex cycles
