Job description
Tessera Labs is seeking a Research Scientist to set and pursue a research agenda for reliable long-horizon agents operating inside real enterprises. You will invent methods, work with Research Engineers, and report to a product team within weeks whether you were right.
Publishers welcome, with the constraint of shipping; post-training open-weight models on rented clusters, and scale compute as needed. This role is a deep dive into enterprise-oriented AI research.
