Job description
Cognition is an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, including Devin and Windsurf. We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field‑based, player‑coach sales team and drive net‑new and expansion revenue across Fortune 500 accounts.
You will set strategy, close major deals alongside your AEs, and partner with engineering, post‑sales, and leadership in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.
