Job description
Prestigious Financial Company is seeking a Principal AI Enablement and Change Lead to own the enterprise AI literacy program, workforce transformation, and change management that ensures AI capabilities move from the pipeline into everyday use.
You will design playbooks, track adoption metrics, partner with AIPT and AI Solutions Leads, and align enablement activities with the AI roadmap while engaging business and technology stakeholders.
