Job description
CodersLink Agency is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the service desk team for a U.S.-based life science software company. You will support enterprise clients across the West Coast, acting as an extension of the application support team and handling complex technical issues with Oracle databases.
This Tier 2/3 role requires communicating findings and resolutions directly to enterprise clients, with hands-on problem solving and deep technical depth on a daily basis.
