The Enterprise Architecture team plays a critical role in shaping how cloud, infrastructure, and application technologies are adopted to support long-term business strategy, regulatory requirements, and exceptional customer experiences. How You Will Make an Impact
Define and maintain enterprise cloud and application architecture standards
Lead design of scalable, secure, highly available cloud platforms
Partner with application, data, infrastructure, and security teams
Develop reference architectures and reusable delivery patterns
Influence enterprise IT strategy, roadmaps, and investment planning
Mentor architects and senior engineers across multiple teams
Are You an Experienced Enterprise Architect Ready to Make an Impact?
5+ years of experience as a Lead or Enterprise Architect
Proven leadership in AWS‑based cloud architectures (Azure experience a plus)
Strong background in enterprise application and systems integration
Insurance industry experience, ideally Life or Long‑Term Care
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
