Experience with enterprise data lakes, handling both structured and unstructured data.
Proficiency with tools like OneTrust and Transcend.
Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on data handling, cataloging, and governance practices.
Ability to document data flows and transformations across platforms, ensuring correct mapping from source to destination.
Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and ensure data initiatives align with business goals.
Strong ability to create clear documentation and training materials for user enablement.
