Job description
By The Bay Health, a nonprofit established in 1975, set the standard for hospice by prioritizing patient involvement in medical decisions. Our home-based services include Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice and Pediatric Care.
The Bereavement Services Manager provides enterprise-wide leadership for bereavement programs across our agencies, coordinating across locations and overseeing the annual children's bereavement camp.
