Job description
Emory University seeks a senior Change Management and Product Enablement lead to own the product and communication layer for a large health plan transformation. You will drive design, configuration, QA, and content governance across Open Enrollment and go-live, coordinating with Anthem and PBM partners.
You will design multi-channel campaigns, develop enablement plans, and map change impacts for members, providers, and employers, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and governance cadence.
