Job description
Prime Controls is building a new Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS). We seek a Change Management Lead who will launch and lead the program, bringing structure to complex initiatives, coordinating teams, and ensuring changes are planned, communicated, implemented, and sustained.
You’ll be the first dedicated hire in this function, helping establish the foundation from the start and working with leaders to prepare employees for change while monitoring adoption and sustainment.
