Job description
BetterUp is seeking a Client Delivery Director to lead post-sale strategy and execution for top-tier clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, client relationships, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, People Insights, Services and Product.
The role requires 10+ years in delivery, strong SaaS program management, and travel up to 20%. Hybrid work across US hubs is supported, with Austin, TX as a preferred location.
