Job description
Zoom Video Communications is seeking a senior technical leader for its Managed Services Operations team. You will own the ongoing technical relationship with enterprise MSO accounts running Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Virtual Agent, driving optimization and resolving escalations across voice, chat, SMS, and other channels.
You will design bot solutions, integrate with Salesforce/ServiceNow, and analyze CX metrics to recommend data-driven improvements.
