Job description
Strata seeks a Manager, Enterprise Continuous Improvement to lead structured problem-solving across the company, using Kaizen, A3 thinking, and lean tools to enable scalable process improvements and build internal capability.
You will coach cross-functional teams, align improvement targets with business reviews, and partner with executives to embed a culture of continuous improvement that delivers measurable impact.
