Job description
Contentstack is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers with $5M+ ARR across 20–25 accounts in the Austin area. You will serve as the strategic partner, driving retention, expansion, and executive alignment.
You will navigate multi-stakeholder organizations, develop long-term success plans, and mentor junior CSMs while leveraging AI tools to optimize outcomes. This role emphasizes data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
