Job description
Cradle, a Boston-based biotech software company, is seeking an Engagement Manager to ensure Cradle’s largest customers achieve success across their protein R&D portfolios. You will own portfolio-level outcomes, translating scientific impact into measurable business value and fostering long-term partnerships.
