Itron, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to partner with strategic clients, drive adoption, and oversee engagement from deployment through expansion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage executive relationships, and ensure measurable value and renewals.
The role requires 5+ years in client-facing SaaS, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and willingness to travel across the US and Canada. Strong project management and analytics experience are essential.
