Job description
Uniti is seeking a Sales Director for Uniti Fiber Enterprise to lead a frontline sales team across a defined market. You will drive revenue growth by coaching reps, optimizing pipeline, and enforcing a strong sales process in collaboration with Sales Engineering and Operations.
You will oversee onboarding, quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and strategic account development, fostering accountability and results in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
