Job description
Descript is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to own the upmarket motion end-to-end, partnering with Sales, Product, RevOps and Marketing to drive enterprise pipeline.
You’ll define ICPs, select target accounts, build ABM programs and lifecycle plays to convert self-serve users into enterprise contracts, and measure program performance.
Based in San Francisco with remote/hybrid options, this role offers a base salary of $210k–$230k and a strong benefits package.
