Job description
FurtherAI is seeking a Manager for Enterprise GTM to lead San Francisco-based enterprise sales development and drive the go-to-market motion. You will start by leading a team of 5-6 SDRs, shaping playbooks, messaging, and sequences, and will scale the function with process, tooling, and ramp plans as you grow the team.
You will report to the SVP of Sales and partner with AEs and Marketing to accelerate pipeline, optimize targeting, and own the enterprise account strategy.
