Job description
FurtherAI in San Francisco and New York is seeking a Manager for Enterprise GTM to build and scale our enterprise sales function. You will lead 5-6 SDRs initially, sharpen messaging, and shape the ramp plan, reporting to the SVP of Sales.
You will hire and coach a high-performing SDR team, drive outbound and account mapping with AEs, and own the team quota while shaping GTM strategy forInsurance/regulated verticals.
