Job description
Radisson Plaza Hotel, Kalamazoo Event Center is seeking a Director of Sales to lead enterprise sales strategy across our hotel and related units. You will drive revenue in rooms, events, and F&B, while aligning with Revenue Management for pricing, inventory, and demand strategies.
The role requires 5+ years of hospitality sales leadership, CRM/PMS experience, and a strategic, data-driven mindset. Expect a high-performing team and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
