Position Summary

The Enterprise Integration Engineer is a member of the AI & Data Platform Enablement team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the integrations that connect the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment, the Power Platform, and line‑of‑business applications, including the firm’s AI tools. The role focuses on enterprise application integration by implementing and developing connectors and MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows that surface approved capabilities, including AI features such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer partners with Cloud Services, Information Security, application owners, and practice and business stakeholders to deliver secure, governed, well‑adopted integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Copilot, Copilot Studio), the Power Platform, firm‑approved AI products, line‑of‑business applications, and other firm systems as required

Develop and install connectors and MCP servers, APIs, plugins, and automated workflows that surface approved capabilities inside existing business workflows

Build and maintain the authentication, identity, and connection patterns that integrations depend on (Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, custom and secure connectors, OAuth 2.0)

Implement Copilot Studio agents and declarative or custom plugins, ensuring they are grounded on firm‑approved data sources and respect existing permissions and ethical walls

Work with practice groups and business functions to identify integration use cases, scope solutions, and define adoption and success metrics

Ensure all integrations honor the firm’s security, confidentiality, and data‑protection requirements, working closely with Information Security and aligning to Purview and DLP controls

Develop user‑facing documentation, enablement materials, and training to drive adoption of delivered integrations

Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve usefulness and uptake

Troubleshoot and support production integrations, coordinating with platform, application, and vendor teams as needed

Review existing integrations and recommend improvements, consolidation, or re‑architecture as patterns mature

Evaluate new Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI integration capabilities for potential firm adoption

Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to technical and non‑technical audiences

Appear on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendors

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency building integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, webhooks, and modern authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, Entra ID)

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, identity, and role‑based access control

Familiarity with data protection and compliance tooling (Microsoft Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels) and the importance of confidentiality in a professional services setting

Ability to translate business workflows into technical integration designs and to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences

Strong attention to detail with solid time and project management skills

Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a shared services model

Education & Prior Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in application integration, software development, or Microsoft 365/Power Platform development roles

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Microsoft Graph, and/or the Power Platform in an enterprise environment

Hands‑on experience developing enterprise‑application integrations across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

Experience with installing and supporting MCP servers in a business environment

Experience integrating line‑of‑business and document systems (e.g., iManage) via APIs and supported connectors

Experience with scripting and development using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or C#

Experience with AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot/Copilot Studio concepts

Hands‑on experience with AI/LLM‑based tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio

Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure preferred
