Job description
Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to shape the HR Enterprise Learning & Development strategy, overseeing design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs company-wide.
The role collaborates with client training leads, guides instructional designers, and ensures alignment with corporate and regulatory standards while delivering measurable improvements in performance and knowledge transfer. This is a hybrid position based in California.
