Job description
Imperial Brady is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the enterprise learning strategy and Center of Excellence. You will partner with HRIS to optimize the LMS, oversee standards and content quality, and drive learning initiatives across the organization.
This role requires 7+ years in L&D, strong design skills, and the ability to leverage AI for learning operations. The position offers a salary range of $125,000–$140,000 with on-site and remote work options in an office
