FPC Franchise seeks a Sr. Continuous Improvement Leader – Lean to drive a multi-site enterprise lean system across U.S. facilities.
You will design and deploy playbooks, partner with site and corporate leadership, and blend hands-on improvement with leader development in a regulated defense manufacturing environment.
