Job description
Accenture is seeking an Associate Director for its Enterprise Operating Model practice to lead high-impact programs that reshape how organizations work. You will guide senior clients from strategy through design to activation, embedding data-driven, AI-enabled approaches across the enterprise.
You will build lasting client relationships, mentor teams, and drive thought leadership while delivering scalable, future-ready operating models aligned with business strategy. Travel heavily as needed.
