Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead and support complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives from project initiation through closure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clearly defined requirements, well-managed scope, effective stakeholder communication, disciplined project execution, and successful delivery of strategic and tactical technology initiatives. The role requires a strong combination of project management, business analysis, process improvement, risk management, and change management expertise.
Project Objectives
Deliver project outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide expert-level project management across planning, scheduling, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting.
Apply business analysis expertise to define and document requirements, assess impacts, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Improve project transparency through accurate documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates.
Manage cross-functional teams consisting of IT professionals, vendors, subject-matter experts, and business partners.
Facilitate work sessions to validate project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Maintain alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and issues and recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
Support procurement activities, including RFPs, SOWs, and vendor oversight, as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, security requirements, records-management standards, and project governance frameworks.
Business Analysis
Lead structured requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.
Document clear and testable business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows.
Identify and quantify KPIs and business value.
Translate requirements into solution designs in collaboration with architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams.
Evaluate build-versus-buy options.
Develop and support diagrams, models, and integration patterns when required.
Change Management & Adoption
Develop change management and communication plans.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, readiness planning, and post-launch support.
Support solution adoption through metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of project management experience managing moderate- to high-complexity projects.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.
5+ years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
Strong project planning, scheduling, execution, risk, resource, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong requirements elicitation and documentation experience.
Experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to work effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects or work efforts.
Strong schedule management and resource planning skills.
Business process identification, mapping, redesign, and re-engineering experience.
Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Power BI and/or data dashboard development experience.
Strong process improvement and analytical capabilities.
Education & Certifications
Required
