Project Overview
This position supports the agency’s projectmanagement and governance functions, including implementing the new ProjectManagement System, overseeing the portfolio, providing dashboard reporting,training users, and supporting stakeholders. As the PWA is decommissioned, therole will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility,organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects alignedwith the South Carolina Department of Public Health.

Maintain project management standards andbest practices.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement andcollaboration.
Improve project management processes andorganizational maturity.
Requirements
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in InformationTechnology or Business Administration
Project Management Professional (PMP) orCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
Required Skills:
15+ years of Project Managementexperience.
10+ years of experience with State orFederal IT projects.
10+ years of experience implementingProject Management Systems.
8+ years of experience creating Power BIdashboards.
10+ years of Change Managementexperience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Public Health SoftwareImplementations
CompTIA A+ (Computing Technology IndustryAssociation A+) Certification
Experience working with multiplestakeholders and maintaining clear communication
