Advantage Technical seeks an accomplished leader to direct Enterprise Quality & Configuration Management for a growing aerospace and defense organization. This on-site role in Massachusetts will drive quality across hardware production and services, establishing strategies, processes, and governance.
You will oversee DoD programs, lead nonconformance, CAPA, audits, configuration control, and QA systems, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Programs to raise quality
