The minimum base salary for thisposition is $50,000 - $58,000, plus the potential for an annual profit-sharing bonus. The starting wage may vary based on the candidate's education, knowledge, and experience.
Location is flexible, although a location in our Fort Collins, CO, Cheyenne, WY or Laramie, WY office, is preferred.
Job Summary:
The Business & Finance ERP System Support Specialist is an entry-level role that supports the organization's ERP system used for financial and business operations. This position is responsible for maintaining, managing, and occasionally developing dashboards and reports. The specialist will also assist with ERP training, provide user support, and contribute to basic reporting activities while building foundational knowledge of financial processes and enterprise systems. Candidates need to have experience in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Support
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing dashboards and reports within ERP system.
Assist in the design, development, and deployment of new dashboards and reports.
Work with senior team members and ERP users to enhance dashboards and reports to meet evolving business needs, improve visualization effectiveness.
Provide first-level support for ERP system users.
Log and track ERP system issues and user requests.
Manage ERP system tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution.
ERP User Support & Training
Respond to user inquiries related to ERP functionality and processes.
Help create and maintain user documentation, job aids, and FAQs.
Support onboarding and basic ERP training for new users, upon request.
Business & Finance Support
Assist users with ERP-related tasks, such as creating, updating reports and dashboards.
Support planning, reporting, and operational processes through ERP system capabilities.
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ERP system.
Promote best practices and improve user adoption of system capabilities.
Reporting & Data Management
Develop, update, and run standard reports and export data for users.
Assist users with reporting needs and troubleshooting reporting issues.
Support data cleanup and validation activities.
Help maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools used by ERP users.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Act as the first level of support for ERP system users for support-related needs.
Communicate ERP system updates and changes to users.
Help identify process improvement opportunities within ERP workflows.
Document current processes and assist in updating procedures.
Participate in ERP system-related projects from a support perspective.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree or Certification (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects acceptable).
1-2 years of experience working in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization).
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
Basic understanding of finance concepts (GL, AP, AR).
Proficiency in SQL a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Time management and ability to handle multiple requests.
