Job description
iManage is seeking a Commercial Counsel (Enterprise) to own the Americas contracting program, negotiating and closing a high volume of enterprise SaaS agreements while partnering with sales and product teams. This role requires a JD and bar admission, 4–7 years of enterprise SaaS experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
