Job description

LeoForce in Aventura, FL seeks a Senior EHS Leader to build and oversee a multi-site occupational safety program across luxury hotel, casino, and real estate ventures. You will report to senior leadership to advance regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture enterprise-wide.

The role requires 10+ years in EHS leadership within hospitality or real estate/construction, with deep OSHA and Gaming Commission knowledge.
