Job description
Southland Industries seeks a Corporate Safety Director - Enterprise Governance to lead safety strategy across regions and ensure consistent application of standards. You will drive incident learning, risk identification, and integration of safety into design decisions, while partnering with corporate EHS to support regional execution.
You will engage with operations, engineering, and HR teams to build safety leadership pipelines, mentor regionals, and strengthen enterprise-wide safety culture.
