Job description

The Mission

Silent Eight is a leading RegTech firm engineering AI-driven solutions to dismantle financial crime globally. Partnering with global giants like HSBC and Standard Chartered, we automate the investigations that stop money laundering and terrorism financing. We are looking for a high-stakes Enterprise Sales Director with a deep pedigree in complex software to scale our APAC footprint.

The Role

Strategic Hunting: Own the full lifecycle for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions, converting cold-start prospects into multi-million dollar, multi-year closures.

C-Suite Influence: Bridge the gap between sophisticated AI/ML technology and the business goals of Chief Risk Officers and Compliance Executives.

Internal Orchestration: Lead the development of high-value proposals by syncing with product teams, legal, and strategic partner executives.

Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with our Asian and European teams to manage multinational accounts and align global strategy for US-based clients.

High Autonomy: A remote-first role for a "CEO of the territory" who excels in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The Candidate Profile

Proven Sales Tenure:5+ years of professional sales experience, with a focused minimum of 3 years specifically closing complex software or business solutions.

SaaS/Enterprise Track Record: A documented history of success in selling Enterprise-grade SaaS or high-stakes business software into sophisticated organizations.

Domain Depth: Deep fluency in the FinCrime, AML, or RegTech ecosystems is highly preferred.

Technical Literacy: Expert at translating sophisticated AI capabilities into tangible ROI and risk mitigation for non-technical stakeholders.

Global Agility: Comfortable operating across global time zones (US/EMEA/APAC) and ready for domestic/international travel as needed.

The Process

Intro with People Ops — 30 min

Conversation with the CEO — 30 min

Panel presentation, enterprise case study — roughly half a day of prep, 60-minute presentation
