Job description
Crescent in North Chicago is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales organization and accelerate top-line growth by acquiring new Key Customers and managing a strategic account list.
The role requires owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through RFPs, aligning with Crescent’s Growth Strategy 2026–2030, and partnering with operations, marketing and finance to deliver integrated packaging and fulfillment solutions.
