Job description
Northland Controls is seeking an Embedded Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team embedded within a key enterprise customer account in Sunnyvale, CA. You will coordinate between the customer and Northland Controls to ensure services align with program requirements and priorities.
You will manage KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and quarterly business reviews, while guiding performance, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvements across the program.
