Job description
PartsSource is seeking a Service Practice Director to own onboarding strategy and execution across our Services programs for healthcare equipment management. You will design end-to-end onboarding, create playbooks, and set standards that scale across sites.
Lead a delivery team, manage capacity, partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and drive measurable outcomes, clinical credibility, and customer satisfaction.
