This hospitality-based role is fully on-site in a fast-paced, high-throughput entertainment, attractions, and retail environment supporting in-person guest and team interactions
Schedule:
This role requires scheduling flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Guest Experience
Model and coach greet and guest engagement behaviors with team
Deliver consistent, engaging entertainment experiences that uphold our service and brand standards through strong floor leadership and team performance
Elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring seamless, guest-ready environments across all entertainment areas
Resolve guest concerns and escalations to maintain satisfaction and support a positive guest environment
Perform in fully costumed character role, engaging guests of all ages, including high-touch interactions such as hugs, high-fives, and photos with families, while maintaining brand character integrity
Safety
Conduct walkthroughs to verify all entertainment areas are safe, properly staffed, and show ready for operation
Maintain a safe, compliant operating environment by upholding safety standards and team adherence
Identify, address and escalate safety or operational risks to protect guests, team members, and assets
Verify entertainment programming adheres to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications; document any deviations
Participate in required safety and emergency training
Drive Accountability & Results
Ensure consistent execution of entertainment programming and checklists aligned with operational performance and brand standards
Drive team performance to achieve show quality by reinforcing expectations, communicating priorities, and maintaining operational readiness
Monitor and support brand standards compliance with scheduled entertainment programming
Drive Employee Engagement
Support a high-performing team through daily coaching, direction, and recognition
Support hiring, scheduling and trainings efforts
Reinforce performance expectations and training, providing real-time feedback to improve team effectiveness
Entertainment Operations
Support effective execution of daily and seasonal entertainment programming to ensure consistency and quality
Contribute to successful implementation of events, promotions, and community initiatives
Support across outlets as needed during peak hours, special events, guest escalations, or when managing operational issues
Maintain entertainment equipment and supplies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Internal hires must have demonstrated success in the Entertainment Ambassador role
Prior experience working with children
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal direction
Knowledge of event planning and coordination
Demonstrated skills in customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention, and team building
Ability to support and guide team members through effective communication and day-to-day coordination
Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in an Entertainment Ambassador or equivalent role
Previous 1 year of leadership experience in a related field such as Event Planning, Theme Park, Entertainment, Dance, or Theater.
Charismatic and enthusiastic presence
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
Ability to fit and wear character suits; maintain composure in character suits; including heat and humidity for periods of 60 minutes
Ability to dance and perform in hot, humid, and outdoor environments for periods up to 60 minutes.
