Job description
Charter Oak Home Care is seeking a Branch Manager to open and lead the Farmington office. You will oversee daily operations, staff hiring and development, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality in-home care to seniors.
The role reports to the President, is based in Farmington, CT, and involves occasional travel. Compensation ranges from $65k to $85k plus bonus incentives, with a health plan, 401K match, and PTO.
